How does our return policy work?

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 365 days. A flat $10 fee is deducted from each refund, and the rest goes back to your original payment method or as store credit. To start a return or exchange process, you can email us at cs@delilahhome.com and we'll send you the instructions on where you can obtain your shipping label.

What are the products made of?

Delilah Home® Sheets are made from our innovative Delilah Home Clean & Cool™ fabrics which are NASA-inspired and silver-infused. Generation 1 of the product is made from premium long-staple cotton. Generation 2 of the product is made from premium Eucalyptus Lyocell (51%) & Polyester (49%) blend. Generation 3 is made with premium long-staple cotton. The Extra Luxe sheets are made with COOLIT fabric, enhancing the self-cooling properties of the sheets. The majority of Delilah Home® Sheets shipping in 2024 are made from the Generation 3 product, though some colors still ship in Generation 1 or 2. All generations of the product feel luxuriously soft and are infused with silver.

How often do they have to be washed compared to regular sheets?

Regular sheets typically are recommended to be washed weekly. However, doing so on a regular basis can be time-consuming for most people. That's why we offer bed sheets that prevent up to 99.7% of bacteria growth so they can be washed up to an estimated 3x times less than traditional sheets, helping you save time and keep clean!

How does the silver in Delilah Home sheets work?

Our sheets are made from breathable cotton finished with a silver treatment. Silver has long been used in textiles to help limit the growth of odor-causing bacteria on fabric. This helps the sheets stay fresher between washes, so your bed feels cleaner and more comfortable night after night.

The silver treatment helps protect the fabric itself and does not replace regular washing.
