30-Day Free Return Policy
If you purchased directly from DelilahHome.com and are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original factory packaging for a refund or replacement within 30 days of your order date.
Return Guidelines:Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned.The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a warranted defect or Delilah Home shipping error.Prior to returning, you must email cs@delilahhome.com to obtain a
Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please include your order number, contact information, and reason for return.Important Notes:Used or laundered items cannot be returned. If a returned item is not in factory condition, the refund will be denied.Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Delilah Home error.Some products may have special return conditions as stated in the product listing or packaging.
Refund Processing:Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Refunded within 5 business day after return approval.Wire Transfer & Check Payments: Refunded within 7 business days (transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility).
Other Payment Methods: Refunded within 5–7 business days.
