If you purchased directly from  delilahhome.com: If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it for a refund or replacement within the first 30 days from the date of delivery. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and replacements not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Delilah Home, LLC. Prior to returning a product, you must email us at cs@delilahhome.com to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization). PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, RETURN CONTACT INFORMATION ALONG WITH THE REASON FOR RETURN.

30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Delilah Home, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Delilah Home, LLC product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the "Limited Warranty") for a period of 30 days from date of purchase (the "Limited Warranty Period"). “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product.

This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return the defective product to Delilah Home, LLC. during the Limited Warranty Period for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of Delilah Home, LLC for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. No replacement or refund will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period. Defective mats must be returned at purchaser's expense to Delilah Home Inc. for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase must be included with any mat returned under warranty. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, including failure to follow the care instructions or damage caused by chemical spills. The customer assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability of our products in the customer's particular application.
