Return Policy
IF PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL LOCATION: Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy. If you feel you have a defective product, please contact Delilah Home, LLC directly by emailing us at cs@delilahhome.com
30-Day Limited Warranty
Delilah Home, LLC warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 30 days from the date of purchase. “Normal use” means the product is used in an indoor home environment and cared for according to the care instructions provided.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If a defect is found during the warranty period, the purchaser may return the product to Delilah Home for a replacement of equal value or, at our discretion, a prorated refund based on the time elapsed.
Warranty Conditions:
Proof of purchase is required.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs when returning items for evaluation.
Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, chemical spills, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
The customer is responsible for determining product suitability for their intended use.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state. Delilah Home’s sole responsibility for a defective product is limited to replacement or prorated refund as stated above. We are not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Except as stated, no other warranties—express or implied—apply, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
